Physicians are aware of foods that can cause allergies that can lead to asthma. Some people do not understand why they need to let go of foods that they like. There are those who think that they are made to do this to lose weight not knowing that some foods make them suffer more from asthma. Here are a few samples of food that you may or may not have in your anti-asthma diet:

•             Anything white like rice, bread, or sugar must be removed from your diet because it has too much carbohydrates and sugar which can put your health in danger when taken in extreme amounts.

•             Acids and fats must also be avoided because the body will have to work extra hard just to break down these components and because of this it will tire out easily. The immune system will not work exactly as it was supposed to and it can no longer protect the body from episodes of asthma.

•            Foods rich in fats and acids are definitely out from the diet because it takes time to digest these foods. This means that the body will have to work harder compromising the ability of the immune system to defend the body from asthma attacks.

•             You must avoid white foods like rice, white bread, and white sugar because they contain a large amount of carbohydrates and sugar. Too much intake of these foods may put your health at risk.
